What a shame!

It seems that yet another effort to ease our transportation problems by extending Metro rail from Springfield to Woodbridge is kaput for this session of the General Assembly.

Here is one relatively easy fix to the traffic congestion in the I-95 corridor for those of us who commute into town...

I can just about guarantee that the Woodbridge, Virginia metro station would be one busy terminal - you would find nearly every member of this family using Metro, as we already do for just about any trip into D.C.

Do you live in a new development or one not yet completed? Has your street address been mysteriously re-assigned?

Maybe you are simply curious as to how new addresses and new street names are assigned in Prince William County as housing development grows.

No joke...as a new resident, there are about 16 reasons why you may have your current address reassigned including public safety concerns, road realignments and duplicate address numbers.

It can actually cause some problems we are personally familiar with - duplicate house numbers within the same development!
