Looking for a superior child care environment?
Woodbridge, Virginia is lucky to have the Prince William/Early Years Academy as a top notch option in a preschool/early learning environment.
The curriculum goes from preschool [2 years of age] through 8th grade. They also offer an extensive Summer Camp program.
Preschool students receive exposure to Spanish, French, Mandarin and Arabic languages.
Voted as Best of Woodbridge two years in a row in the Private and Parochial Schools category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA), the school also earned a spot in the 2008 listing of "Top Preschools" as selected by Northern Virginia magazine.
Their vision is to prepare each and every student for the future by providing a safe, healthy and stimulating educational environment.
There is a required dress code for all students from Junior Kindergarten through all grade levels.
Included as a part of their mission statement is the recognition that children are unique. The school develops a curriculum suited to the maturity, experiences and ability of all children involved.
The curriculum is actually set a grade higher than the standard for public schools.
Dr. Harris, Principal firmly believes in the importance of academic and professional growth in our schools.
The school maintains the highest safety standards. Parents and guardians receive individual security codes to access the building. Entry is only possible through keypad access or via identification procedures. There is a daily sign-in/sign-out form at the front desk.
