Prince William Academy (Manassas, VA) Entrance of Prince William Academy in Woodbridge, VA Prince William Academy My children were enrolled in Prince William Academy (PWA) when they were two-years old. The primary aspect of PWA that stood out over other child care centers was the ability for them to learn more than one foreign language. Spanish is the standard in the Woodbridge, Virginia area, but Prince William Academy also offered French, Arabic and Mandarin Chinese as foreign languages. While the children focused on vocabulary and numbers in any two languages during the year, each musical program throughout the school year involved learning songs in all four languages. All in all, they received a fantastic educational start which has propelled them to the proverbial "head of the class" when we moved them into the county public school system.
