Gideon Drive near Nordstrom Rack is a quick exit to Smoketown Road. There is another exit at the light across from Garfield High School. The exits will take you to Smoketown road. Drive north on Smoketown. Cross the intersection with the Prince William Parkway. Continue down Smoketown and take a right at the second traffic light - the Foulger Square shopping center. Driving down the shopping center entrance, stay in the left lane - drive to the stop sign past the clock tower and take a left. You'll quickly see Cici's on your left.
